A: No, we provide brewing equipment appropriate to the customer’s needs at no charge for as long as they continue to purchase our coffee.

Q: Do you carry K-Cups and Keurig brewers?
A: Yes! In fact, we carry over 50 different varieties of coffee, tea and hot cocoa. We also offer several UL listed brewers that are perfect for use either at home or in a business setting.

Q: Do you only carry Mill Creek brand products?
A: No, Mill Creek Coffee carries a variety of specialty and national brands, including Keurig, Green Mountain, Starbucks, Seattle’s Best, Maxwell House and Folgers. We also offer our own selection of Mill Creek Brand Coffee, including Private Reserve, our best-selling coffee.

Q: Do you charge for glass pots and filters?
A: No. Coffee filters and glass pots are included free of charge to customers for as long as they continue to purchase our coffee.

Q: Does Mill Creek Coffee roast its own coffee?
A: YES! Our FRESH ROAST line, many coffees from around the world, are roasted right here at our factory and warehouse.

Q: Will you deliver coffee to my house?
A: No, but we will happily ship any product to you at home. Or you can pick up your favorite coffee at our office location during normal business hours.

Q: Do you provide espresso equipment?
A: No, but through contracts with several companies, we are authorized to sell and repair espresso equipment.

Q: Do you provide and repair brewing equipment to customers?
A: Yes. We offer a wide selection of new and refurbished equipment. We also have a technician who will repair equipment for all current customers. If repair is not an option, we will replace the brewer at no cost.

Q: Will you repair our coffee maker even if you didn’t provide it?
A: Yes, our technician is certified by Bunn and Curtis, and able to repair almost any make and model.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Currently we deliver only to businesses and commercial establishments. While we don’t make home deliveries, we’d be happy to ship any product to a residential address within the United States.
