Anita Rose Marcoline
Anita Rose Marcoline began a lifelong romance with coffee in 1978. As an early advocate of GREAT coffee, Anita founded the Coffee Mill, which provided office coffee services to businesses and restaurants who recognized the value in every great cup. As the coffee scene evolved, Anita developed an interest in the café business and became the owner of Café Marco, located in the lobby of UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. In 2005, Anita purchased Mill Creek Coffee, and since that time has transformed it into one of the area’s best-known businesses. Anita is a certified barista and graduate of the NAMA Quality Coffee Certification Program.

Coffee aficionado, world traveler, and lover of all things literary, Max is an Allegheny College graduate and accomplished barista of more than a decade. As Mill Creek’s Sales and Product Manager, Max is dedicated to providing customers with a quality selection of products and reliable service with a smile. He is knowledgeable and passionate, and always willing to help.
Pam joined the company in 2005 and she is over-the-top efficient and sometimes even clairvoyant. Customer needs are always her first concern. When you need a copy of an invoice or product delivered YESTERDAY, she won’t rest until you are taken care of.

Always energetic and professional, Jana keeps specialty products in stock and works hard to make sure customers are always satisfied. Since joining the Mill Creek team, Jana continues to light up the office with her positive attitude and friendly personality.
Hard working and technically inclined, Keith’s innate talents have made him an invaluable addition to the Mill Creek team. Whether on-site or in-house, Keith provides expert service and repair that is unmatched in our service area. With a strong focus on customer service, Keith will make sure you have reliable equipment to meet all your coffee needs.
All around handy man, Dennis amazes us daily with his knowledge of everything from electricity to gardening. He’s a great asset not only in the Service Department but in the whole building and we are very fortunate to have him on our team.
JD is well known in the Erie area as the ever popular “boss barista” at our hospital cafes. Well educated and effusive, there is never a dull moment when engaged in conversation with this guy. His laser focus on roasting is the key to our very best whole bean coffees.

With over 30 years of sales & marketing experience, he realizes that top notch customer service is the foundation of any successful business. Therefore Paul makes sure all of our customers are happy and his goal is to spread more happiness by introducing people to Mill Creek Coffee.
